Q: How can I be sure that my order is confirmed?
A: After you place an order an agent from our end will call you for the confirmation. Your order will be confirmed after that call.
Q: Why can't I pay now?
A: If you can't pay immediately after placing the order you have to wait for a phone call. An agent from our end will call you for confirmation. After the confirmation, the payment gateway will be open for you, then you can proceed to pay.
Q: How can I know the order status?
A: We always notify the customer about the order status via SMS/Mail. Customers can also check the order status on our website. She/He has to login to her/his customer profile on our website. (See above the "Tracking Information")
Q: Is there any EMI facility?
A: Yes, EMI facility is available for online purchase.
Q: Can I make payment with an international card?
A: Yes, you can make payment with an international card. In this case, following information must be submitted via email to ecom@ryans.com before delivery:
Card holder information,
1. Phone number
2. Email address
3. Present address
4. Photo of Passport or NID Card.
5. Photo of payment card
Additionally, receiver's acknowledgment and National ID (NID) photo are also required.
Q: How can I claim a warranty?
A: If you need to claim a warranty you have to come to the nearest Ryans outlet. You just need to bring the product with you to claim the warranty.
Q: How can I cancel an order?
A: There is a cancel button just over the order information. You just need to click and proceed to cancel the order. A customer can cancel orders by clicking this button before the order is confirmed by our agent by a phone call. If you the customer wants to cancel the order after this confirmation she/he has to call our hotline 16810. Customers can cancel orders any time before receiving delivery.
Q: Can I return a product and get a refund?
A: Customers can return products within 24 hours of receiving delivery on the following conditions:
-The package should be unopened, stickers & markings should not be removed.
Customers have to bring the product to any of Ryans Computers Limited sales points as listed below, if that point finds the packaging & product intact then the return process will start.
-Payment will be refunded within 7 days from the date of return.
